Heat and Cold Therapy Pack
The outer pocket is made of a poplin side and a double gauze side, both certified organic and naturally dyed with plants, washable by hand at low temperature.

The inner cushion contains high quality Irish grown organic spelt berries from Co. Kilkenny. (Do not wash the inner cushion containing the spelt!)

Comes in: pumpkin, olive, bicolor peony/beetroot and a limited edition bicolor peony/cherry blossom print.

It can be used hot or cold by putting in the microwave, oven or freezer. Recommended instructions included with the pack.

The moon heat and cold pack is designed and made in my studio in Dublin 8.
